Barrel boat catamaran

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Commissioned to turn a ’Sea Witch’ aluminium catamaran into a floating barrel boat, to sail rivers whilst collecting floating rubbish in the trap between hulls.

MATERIALS

We used Accoya and Aluminium for both their weather-resistant properties and timeless aesthetic – each plank shaped and beveled like a traditional barrel board would be, just on a larger scale!

Built to endure the full range of weather that this unique location provides

Bookcase with cupboard storage and a secret door o

Bookcase with cupboard storage and a secret door on a pivot hinge.
New timber brushed to raise the grain, stained and oiled to match a reference sample.
LED lighting, cable tidy runs and socket boxes in the back of the cupboard to power the clients’ hifi equipment.

Oak as a primary material; doors, windows, cladding and shingle roof.
