OVERVIEW
Gaia London is the new flagship restaurant from Dubai brand Fundamental Hospitality. It showcases Greek-Mediterranean cuisine and culture, with an emphasis on craft and simplicity through exquisite dishes and serene interiors. We provided the joinery package for main contractor BAH projects

ABOVE

The spiral staircase leads upwards to the terrace bar on the first floor, where we created the bar, back bar and bottle display areas using a range of materials, finishes and techniques.

ENTRANCE

From the first step thorough the door you are greeted by our joinery; the wind lobby, the reception desk and then looking out across the restaurant to the window screens and display shelves, with the majority in solid Oak.

NYX

Down the stairs and into the exclusive basement club – NYX-LDN – we created illuminated wall panelling, DJ booth, bar and back bar, all in a mix of Oak and Walnut, with many upholstered panels and plenty of Brass detailing.
