Oak and Steel modern TV media unit, a central oak cupboard with Steel shelving surround

Making a television disappear, or be framed in a way that draws the eye from it, is an aesthetic pursuit of many television owners. Rather than having the large, black screen hanging on the wall taking centrepiece – many people try to hide their televisions behind cupboard doors, or in this case – build furniture around it to soften and embellish.

Minimal and understated, this bespoke media unit sits at home in this modern lounge with Oak parquet flooring and Venetian plastered walls. Warm Oak tones, with pops of blue and white courtesy of the coloured shelves.

Solid Oak floating cupboard hides games consoles, cables and routers. Deep shaker style doors sit inset into the carcass with matching rail and style width with a cutout favoured over a handle – similarly on the drawer below, which features our signature shadow gap and handle cutout style along with dovetail joints on the drawer box.
