At Johnson Bespoke, it’s all about the team. We are a collective of craftsmen, fabricators and designers.
Each bring a unique set of skills to the table. A wealth of knowledge, experience and skill
–together a force to be reckoned with.
Johnson Bespoke started off as one guy in a small lock up, with loads of passion, enthusiasm and skill. One job at a time, the team started to grow and the projects got bigger and better.
Moving from the lock up at the end of the alley, to the basement of an empty newspaper building gave the space to build bigger and better things, but all too soon the guys had outgrown that space, with more tools and machinery required to meet demand.
Fast forward to the present and our new workshop, based in Hastings, equipped with specialist woodworking, joinery, metalwork and fabrication machinery as well as spray paint and finishing facilities to allow us to produce pretty much anything, to the highest standard possible.
Learning how to use tools from his father at an early age sparked Robin’s interest in woodwork and metalwork, becoming the passion which has driven him in recent years. Robin was Head of Department at a successful school in Sussex, where he taught Woodwork, Metalwork and Design, until he started Johnson Bespoke in 2013.
